Need help with VinylCue? This page explains how to contact support and where to find help for scanning, subscriptions, purchases, privacy, and account deletion.
VinylCue helps you scan vinyl records, review reference price ranges, save records to your collection, and revisit your scan history. Support is provided by email.
Contact Support
Email contact@voispark.com for app support, account questions, purchase troubleshooting, or safety and abuse concerns.
Please include a short description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, app version if available, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send full payment card details or passwords.
Scanning and Price Results
VinylCue can identify records from a cover, label, barcode, or matrix/runout details when enough evidence is available. Results may vary when images are blurry, the release has many similar pressings, or third-party metadata is incomplete.
Price ranges and value signals are reference information only. They are not professional appraisals, authentication opinions, grading reports, investment advice, or guaranteed resale prices.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple: open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select VinylCue.
If a purchase succeeded but VinylCue does not show the expected access, open Settings in VinylCue and use Restore Purchases. Entitlement sync can occasionally take a short time after Apple confirms the purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from VinylCue Settings. Once confirmed, VinylCue restricts protected features while the background deletion process removes first-party user data, user-owned scan objects, and the related Supabase Auth account.
Deleting your VinylCue account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple separately.
